MANN IM SPAGAT

Following his low-budget comedy KLAPPE COWBOY!, actor-director-producer Timo Jacobs — who appeared in the award-winning BORNHOLMER STRASSE — returns to the cinema screens with the character of Cowboy in the urban fairy­tale MANN IM SPAGAT. This time around, Cowboy is in Berlin’s Kreuzberg district trying to sell water he’s produced himself. When his agency loses patience and sends a representative to see what he’s been up to all this time, Cowboy organizes a wacky bike rally as a distraction. However, that’s all really child’s play compared to the next trial awaiting him: get­t­ing a room for his headstrong mother in the Sohosavoyritz, the only place with an Elvis holo­gram show.
